Self-Defense Training
Our self-defense training program begins by introducing solid awareness principles and personal safety habits before moving on to essential defense fundamentals. These principles, habits, and fundamentals serve as the foundation for a comprehensive personal safety and self-defense plan for you and your family. From avoiding altercations, using personal weapons, and deploying less-than-lethal tools; we equip you with the knowledge and skills to safely and confidently live your life.

Self-Defense Fundamentals
This course is intended for students who have little-to-no previous defensive training experience, or those who want to restart/refresh their training. This course starts with an introduction to the real-life risks, vulnerabilities, and threats we are subject to every day. We then outline the personal habits we can use to mitigate and reduce our chances of becoming a victim to those threats. Next, we will teach effective personal defensive techniques that are based on the body’s natural response (instincts) to an attack. Finally, we put it all together with realistic scenarios that allow students to put their newfound skills and techniques into action. Students will walk away with an accurate assessment of their ability to defend themselves. This information allows the students to identify their defensive strengths and areas for improvement and develop a plan to maintain and improve those areas.

Non-Lethal Defensive Tools
This course is intended for students who are looking for a defensive solution that bridges the gap between personal weapons and deadly force. Topics covered included electronic control weapons (ECWs), chemical agent sprays, blunt force tools, defensive flashlights, and more. There are a lot of options to be found on the internet; we will identify the strengths and limitations of each category and identify best practices for selecting the right tool from each. Students will get hands on experience with some of the more common tools through drills and scenarios. The information provided during this course will assist students in determining if/how non-lethal defensive options fit into their personal safety plan.

Private Training
For students interested in 1-on-1 or small-group training, we offer private training options. Whether you’d like to schedule a private session of our Self-Defense 101 or Non-Lethal Defense Tools courses, or if you would like a course designed for your specific needs, we will work with you to meet your needs.
