CPR/ First Aid Training

We offer nationally recognized CPR and First Aid training to complete your personal safety readiness.

Our programs cover general First Aid skills for medical conditions brought on by illness or accidents; skills that are invaluable for keeping your family and loved ones safe.

In addition, we also offer trauma related First Aid skills to further enhance your survivability in a self-defense altercation.

CPR/AED/First Aid

This course is intended for students who want to gain vital first aid skills. The students will learn how to conduct a thorough assessment and treat the most common medical and traumatic emergencies. This is not a lecture-only class; we place a heavy emphasis on practical applications, including CPR/AED, torniquets, compression bandages, splints, and chest seals. As usual, we will incorporate scenarios that allow students to incorporate their skills and knowledge in real-life situations. We will also cover best practices for building a personal/family emergency first aid kit.

  • Audience: Beginners
  • Duration: 4-6 Hours

Trauma Emergency Response

The course covers self-defense-related injury response. Topics include bleeding control, head trauma, bone fractures, penetrating injuries, and much more. The responses taught in this course are not intended to be substitutes for emergency medical services (EMS) or emergency room (ER) care. They are meant to provide immediate, potentially lifesaving, interventions prior to EMS arrival and/or transport to the ER. The techniques taught during this course will be enhanced through realistic scenarios, allowing students to validate their skills. Students will walk away from this course prepared to provide care for themselves, or others, after an assault or self-defense incident.
